Roles & Responsibilities As a POS Support Technician, you will work as a member of a technical support team and will report directly to the Chief Technical Officer (CTO). You will be required to assembly and configure POS hardware and software. You will provide both on and off-site support, telephone support and remote access support for our clients. You must be able to manage and performance assigned tasks effectively, work together with others as a cohesive team.
Duties and Responsibility

• Maintain technical knowledge related to our suite of hardware and software.
• Setup, configure and test hardwre and software components
• Install software and hardware at client sites, run and connect all cable between and hardware devices (e.g. terminal, printers and scanners and etc)
• Provide telephone, remote and on-site support for client in order to provide quick response to problems
• Provide training to clients regarding software, hardware and troubleshooting techniques

• Minimum Diploma Holder
• Previous POS support experience preferred
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in office or at off-site client location
• Good written and oral skills (English and Mandarin)
• Experience in configuration, installation, training and support of hardware and software products
• Some Evening and weekend schedules will be required
