This world class distribution center serves as regional base for the most dynamic and celebrated Beauty Maisons from the LVMH group.The Singapore distribution center is at the heart of the fast moving and growing Beauty sector serving the whole Asia Pacific region through multiple distribution channels such as travel retail, local subsidiaries, local and cross border direct distribution and ecommerce.Main objective of the positionIn this role, the POSM Procurement Specialist will be part of a vibrant LVMH Fragrances & Cosmetics Singapore Logistics Team who is responsible for the success of the downstream supply chain. In this role, she/he will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in the on-the-ground operations critical to order fulfilment and be given the responsibility to tackle dynamic POSM procurement issues that would elevate critical and creative thinking.Internally, the POSM Procurement Specialist works closely with HQ Purchasing & Procurement teams based in France, Supply Planners, Customer Service, Inventory and Logistics teams based in Singapore to consolidate information, coordinate, and align actions, challenge the different parties, and raise alerts whenever necessary. She/He reports to the Product Configuration Assistant Manager.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Be responsible for the sourcing, procurement, integration of the new articles in our system and stock management to ensure product availability

• Set up and update master data required for production in our ERP
• Follow the process of new product launch with HQ
• Launch and track orders according to agreed lead time with our Asians suppliers.
• Manage the relationship with the suppliers and negotiate with them to get products on time (advancement or postponement)
• Act as a liaison between HQ purchasing and procurement teams and suppliers to ensure worldwide consistency of orders

• Guarantee an optimum level of service to the markets for Merchandising references

• Communicate needs projection to suppliers on a monthly basis
• Analyze reporting alerts and launch corrective actions
• Escalate accurate and timely information to Supply Planning regarding availability or risks
• Manage changes in requirements (in collaboration with the Business Demand Manager in Singapore to get feedback on market requirements)
• Raise alert to HQ or to Supply Planning team when it is necessary and provide detailed analysis of the situation and risks (out of stock risk or overstock risk)

• Carry out continuous improvement actions

• Follow up on all activities monitoring tools (out of stock report, OTIF suppliers, etc\xe2\x80\xa6) and launch corrective actions
• Analyze monthly KPI (service level, inventory level, OTIF supplier, supplier contract, SOH value vs target, etc...) to ensure cost savings

HARD SKILL AND COMPETENCIES:

• Diploma qualification or higher.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Relevant work experience in the Supply Chain areas of Purchasing & Logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power Query and Power BI are appreciated.
• SAP operation knowledge are appreciated.
• Six Sigma and APICS certifications are appreciated.
• Fluency in Mandarin spoken and written are appreciated.

LOCATION:Position hybrid with on-site location in the Pioneer area.Company transport provided from and to Boon Lay, Jurong East and Outram.
