Ship Operation (Japanese speaker)xe3x80x90Responsibilitiesxe3x80x91xe3x83xbbMonitor each vessel's schedule and itinerary, preparing for operational events.xe3x83xbbEnsure Voyage Orders and Charterers' requests comply with Charter Party termsxe3x83xbbCollaborate with insurance companies, ship management companies, lawyers, and other relevant parties to resolve daily incidents and issues.xe3x83xbbManage vessels' hire income and Charterers' disbursements.xe3x83xbbOversee vessels' budgets to determine financial results, investigating significant variances with ship managers.xe3x83xbbVisit vessels to inspect their condition and maintenance statusxe3x83xbbAssist in new building projects or sale and purchase projects.xe3x83xbbDevelop annual budgets to monitor vessels' financial performance, reporting to stakeholdersxe3x80x90Requirementsxe3x80x91
xe3x83xbbAt least 2-3 years relevent experience.xe3x83xbbKnowledge of ship operations work.xe3x83xbbGood negotiation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.xe3x83xbbProactive, meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility.xe3x83xbbTeam player and able to work independently.xe3x83xbbGood communication & interpersonal skills.xe3x83xbbProficent in japanese to liaise with HQ and clients.xe3x80x90Othersxe3x80x91
xe3x83xbbSalary: (determined based on experience and job responsiblility)
xe3x83xbbWorking Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
xe3x83xbbBonus: Variable Bonus 3~4 months
xe3x83xbbAnnual Leave: 14 days in the first year. From the following year, +1 day/year, up to a maximum of 21 days
