Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :

• Receiving & Sorting process
• Proper receiving process of incoming shipment
• Proper break bulk of incoming shipment
• Proper staging of scanned and non-scanned shipment
• Proper FIFO parcel staging and infeed
• Video coding duty
• Clearing jammed parcel at sorter conveyor
• Replying to CRM Cases
• Supervision of Porterage Workers
• Proper housekeeping for all Processing workstation/area
• Operate the parcel sorting machine
• Operate and Maintain MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
• Operate and Maintain MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform)
• Repacking of damaged and/or improper packaging of Postal Articles
• Loading and unloading of Postal Article from vans or lorries
• Checking that the correct quantity and type of Postal Articles have been received
• Recording any damaged, missing, or faulty Postal Articles / Equipment
• Moving the Postal Articles to the correct area in the warehouse
• Using Computerized systems, barcode scanners and other technology to record and/or sorting of Postal Articles
• Undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Possess minimum 4 GCE ‘N’ Level credits or 3 GCE ‘O’ Level credits
• Must be willing to work on Permanent Night Shift
• Hardworking and positive attitude
• Team player who displays initiative at work
• Comfortable to work in warehouse environment (Only Fan)
• Able to carry heavy Postal Article up to 30kg
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willingness to learn
• Must be willing to do OT, come back OT on OFF Day and work on Public Holiday as and when required due to Operations Exigencies
• Proper PPE / Uniform must be donned all the time (Safety Shoe/Gloves/Safety Vest)
• Must be able to Work at Height

Working Hours:
Night Shift
10pm to 6.45am (Rotating one Off Day within the week and a Sunday Rest Day)
