Job Description
- IT Industry
- Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM
- Working Location: Clementi
- experience in IT industry providing network support
- Hands-on experience on firewall
- Manage post-sales activities for Cybersecurity or Network Performance Monitoring products.
- Contribute to large-scale project implementation at local and regional levels.
- Execute on-site implementation services, encompassing testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Offer technical support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and resolve customer queries through troubleshooting and researching existing knowledgebase articles and known issues.
- Maintain routine availability for 24x7 maintenance support calls, being on standby as required.
- Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering orrelated field
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience in IT industry providing network support and
- Qualified candidates without any relevant working experience are welcome to apply
- Equip with knowledge & experience in networking such as routing and switching technology.
- Basic networking knowledge and linux system administration experience
- Hands-on experience on firewall such as Check Point/Palo Alto/Fortinet
- Knowledge on Data Loss Prevention product
Working Hours Monday to Friday
Salary From S$3,000.00 to S$6,000.00
