Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Create, test, and maintain software applications using .NET framework, SQL database technologies, and Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps).
• Coordinate code integration and review processes with team members from various locations, including those related to Power Platform solutions.
• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of Power Platform solutions.
• Address and resolve software defects and issues reported by users or identified during testing, including those related to Power Platform solutions. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices for both .NET development and Power Platform solutions through code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, quality assurance, and system administrators, to deliver top-notch software solutions utilizing Power Platform capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software development using .NET framework, with proficiency in C# and ASP.NET.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and practical knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server).
• Demonstrated expertise in coordinating with geographically dispersed teams and managing code integration and review processes.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with remote team members.
• Capability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Preferred familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps).
