The Company
Our client is a lead player in the medical industry. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Power BI dashboards, data models, and ETL processes that enable business insights and decision-making across commercial operations. You will partner closely with the Head of Commercial and cross-functional teams to transform raw data into clear, actionable visualizations and reports.
The Role

• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor commercial and operational performance.
• Build and maintain robust data models using Power BI, Power Query, and DAX for accurate and efficient reporting.
• Collaborate with the Data Architect and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and alignment with business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable analytics solutions.
• Deliver visually engaging and intuitive dashboards to support decision-making across commercial teams.
• Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, validation, and ad-hoc reporting support.
• Ensure best practices in Power BI development, including performance optimization, data modeling, and dashboard usability.
• Perform regular data quality checks and implement validation rules to ensure data accuracy across dashboards.
• Monitor dashboard performance and troubleshoot data or reporting issues proactively.
• Document data flows, transformation logic, and dashboard configurations for version control and knowledge sharing.

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Power BI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Service, including publishing and workspace management.
• Experience working with commercial, marketing, or operational data to create actionable insights.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail in data accuracy and dashboard design.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, training, and support.
