Key Responsibilities

Configuration & Development

Design, configure, and develop business applications using

PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)

Power Automate

, and related Power Platform tools.


Integrate with

Dynamics 365

and other systems where applicable.


Customize entities, workflows, and user interfaces to meet functional requirements.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Perform

unit testing

on developed components to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.


Support

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

including test environment preparation, troubleshooting, issue fixing, and re-testing.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

Support

training sessions

by preparing training environments and test data.


Provide user guides or walkthroughs for business users and key stakeholders.

Deployment

Participate in

application deployment activities

, ensuring smooth migration across environments.


Validate configurations and data integrity post-deployment.

Post Go-Live Support

Provide

hypercare support

post go-live to resolve issues, fine-tune application performance, and ensure user adoption.


Coordinate with technical teams for ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
