Supervise PQE (Product Quality Engineer) and IPQC In Process Quality Control personnel who are considered the "front line" staff.
Must communicate expectations clearly and ensure their staff is appropriately trained on the latest product standards.
Responsibility to communicate clearly with the customer, setting realistic expectations about when the issue will be resolved.
Quality supervisors report on quality metrics to other members of the management team. It is crucial to the overall operations of an organization that everything is executed to the highest possible standards.
Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products
Set and track quality assurance goals. Reporting quality Issues, production yields
Can create QA plan; Include complex electronics assurance
Can ensure all requirements are adequately verified
Can develops the quality control procedures and analyzes the data from inspection reports.
Can resolve quality problems as they are revealed through inspection procedures.
Can define Manufacturing Process Flow / Quality Control Chart requirements.
