Requirements & qualifications

• We are looking for a driven, creative and collaborative communications professional with at least two years of proven track record in building and executing PR programmes locally and regionally. These include corporate communications, media relations, crisis comms, reputation building and internal comms.
• This individual will be initiating, driving and launching new PR programmes that will support in establishing Endowus as the trusted and leading player in the fintech and wealthtech space, as well as a champion of financial literacy for all investors.
• An exceptional storyteller with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with key stakeholders and contribute towards the dominance of Endowus’ share of voice in the industry will be vital.
• An empathetic and confident professional with the ability to inform and influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable in being the PR counsel and go-to adviser to the leadership team, managing all aspects of executive communication and profiling opportunities.
• Must have a high level of adaptability and flexibility, as well as the ability to function effectively in a high-growth, fast-moving startup environment.
• Passionate about the tech, fintech and/or finance industries, with specific work experience and strong media connections in these fields will be a plus.
• Exceptional writing and communications skills in English. Spoken and written ability in business Chinese is a plus.
• Highly organised and meticulous with relevant experience in managing external agencies and vendors.
• Experience in Hong Kong is a plus.
