Job Description


RESPONSIBILITIES

PR and Communications

  • Develop and localize the PR and Influencer Marketing strategies for assigned portfolio of brands, together with the Brand Manager and with Global\xe2\x80\x99s guidance, to amplify brand visibility and support all major launches.
  • Partner the Brand Team closely for campaign synergies and to maximize impact.
  • Equipped with a knowledgeable understanding of the local Media landscape to build and maintain relationships with Media stakeholders and solidify a strong communications network.
  • Handle all Media enquiries, pitching for coverage, press releases and dissemination of press kits with tight follow-ups.
  • Handle all PR outreach and build up long-term relationships with both Media and Friends of Brand(s) while keeping long-tail sustenance plans in mind.
  • Organize, coordinate, and participate in Regional and/or Global press trips, if any.
  • With the help of platforms and tools (DMR, Traackr, etc.) and ad-hoc usage of agencies, building awareness, achieving top rankings in buzz (EMV) with positive net sentiments (brand health score) are to be top of mind.
  • Crisis monitoring and handling when needed.

Influencer Marketing
  • Define local influencer pyramid by brand and build up tribes (both paid and unpaid) unique to each brand, with Global\xe2\x80\x99s approval.
  • Pay particular attention to Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) \xe2\x80\x93 both KOLs and KOCs. Create COTY\xe2\x80\x99s own database of HNWIs to tap on for our Ultra-Premium Brands/Brand Lines.
  • Create/localize clear content briefs for influencer engagements with clear deliverables.
  • All PR and Influencer Marketing campaigns are to be performance driven, with key measurables in place to track and achieve optimal ROI.

Social Media
  • Handle all local brand social media accounts and attend to end-consumer enquiries within 3 business days.
  • Manage social media content calendars with toolkits from Regional and/or Global Teams.
  • Grow follower base(s) through sustained engagements and social media advertising.

Partnerships & Collaborations
  • Manage all external partnership outreaches with like-minded brands or organizations to leverage on synergy for mutual win-wins.
  • Enhance audience targeting (especially with HNWIs) with recruitment and productivity in mind via communications and joint events.

Budget Management and Reporting
  • Manage the relevant PR, Events and Working Media budget lines to ensure investments are well allocated without overspending. Co-Own these budget lines with the Brand Manager.
  • Timely post-mortem reporting to Regional and/or Global Teams, comprehensive evaluation, and analysis to be done after each campaign or launch.

We\xe2\x80\x99d love to see candidates who have:
  • 6-10 years of relevant PR/Communications and Influencer Marketing experience in Luxury.
  • Cosmetic and Fragrance industry experience is preferred. Also open to candidates from Luxury Spirits, High-End Watch and Jewelry, Luxury Automobile or Private Banking sectors.
  • Prior experience working in a PR/Media/Social Marketing agency will be an added advantage.
  • Owning a strong network of Local Media and KOL/KOC contacts is a definite plus point.
  • An excellent communicator with strong copywriting capability. Creative ideation to be activated when required.
  • Attuned with performance marketing, keeping ROI top of mind.
  • A team player, with the ability to develop effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Able to manage a multi-brand portfolio with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
