The PR and Partnerships Executive will support the PR and Partnerships team in identifying, nurturing, and executing partnerships that amplify Ask & Embla's brand presence, engage our audience, and contribute to business growth. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual eager to develop their skills in partnership management, communication, and project coordination within a dynamic brand environment.

What You'll Do:

Support & Research:

Support the PR and Partnerships team in researching and identifying potential partners, including influencers, media outlets, complementary brands, and relevant organizations. Conduct initial outreach and follow-ups with potential partners. Support in gathering market research on current partnership trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms. Maintain a comprehensive database of potential and existing partners.
Relationship Support & Coordination:

Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with partner contacts. Support in the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements and contracts. Coordinate logistics for partnership activations, including scheduling, material collection, and communication with partners.
Collaboration & Execution:

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., social media, creatives) to ensure smooth integration of partnership activities into broader campaigns. Assist in the development and review of co-branded content and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency. Support in tracking partnership timelines and budgets. Gather data and assist in the initial analysis of partnership performance, contributing to post-campaign reports.
Administrative & Creative Support:

Provide administrative support to the PR and Partnerships team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documentation. Contribute creative ideas for potential partnership initiatives and activations. Stay informed about industry trends in influencer marketing, PR, and brand partnerships, sharing relevant insights with the team.

Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, PR, partnerships, or administrative support role, preferably within a brand, agency, or retail environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and engaging demeanor. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with other work productivity tools. A keen interest in fashion, lifestyle, and/or e-commerce trends. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
