Hossack Marketing is a branding, marketing and communications consultancy agency with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Milan.

As a small-scale boutique-like operation, we strive to provide tailoring services to individual clients \xe2\x80\x93holistic branding, strategic planning, and all-rounded communications services to luxury fashion, jewellery & lifestyle brands.

Our team has a strong in-house background in the luxury retail industry covering the Asia-Pacific region.We act as an extension of the in-house teams of our clients to further expand their businesses across Asia.Since marketing, communications and social media have become ever more interconnected, it is important for us to understandeach client\xe2\x80\x99s perspective, and as such propose the most effective strategies to raise brand awareness and drive sales through the respective mediums. Our expertise includes: connecting our clients to a broad media of influencers, traditional media and celebrities,as well as managing the relationships for them; analysing market trends and competitor activities; organising customer-facing events; advising on sales strategies, digital marketing spend and content creation.

Position: PR & Communications Assistant / Executive

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the PR & Communications Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for executing PR activities and providing general support to and coordinate / manage day-to-day operations while to build and maintain media relations in a professional manner:

Handle daily media sample loan, sample delivery and tracking, media inquiries

Monitor press coverage and help with PR related reports

Develop PR contents including press releases and other relevant PR materials

Assist in developing PR strategies and managing media relations and media events.

Work closely with clients in Europe, China and Hong Kong

Handle ad hoc assignments

Update company website and social media accounts

Requirements:

University graduate, major in PR & Communications will be of an advantage

Previous experience with PR agency and luxury product industry a plus

Experience in handling media in fashion/ jewellery/ lifestyle

Social media experience in posting

Computer Skill- PowerPoint, Excel & Word

Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese

Good writing and presentation skills

Detail minded with good interpersonal skills and great team player

Able to deliver high quality work under pressure and tight deadlines

Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
