- Brand public relation strategy that covers product launches, lifestyle events, regional message house, and in-market public relation events- Implement results-orientated regional public relation program and campaigns in close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, to garner positive public and media opinions of brand, aligning with main project requirements- Liaise with various stakeholders to facilitate/manage participation in global media events- Collate and analyze post- public relation activity report, monitor media coverage- Develop media relationships, pitch stories and coordinate interviews- Develop content and messaging for spokespersons and media (pitch, briefing documents, Q&A etc.)- Write, edit, and review all media content and press releases for public syndication- Coordination with HQ and other functions on related communications- Support to develop, implement, oversee and manage internal communications efforts- Represent the region\xe2\x80\x99s voice in global meetings- Handle and perform administrative work- Planning and execution of customer and leadership events (Ad Hoc)Job Requirements:
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in Automotive industry or Marketing agencies, Public Relations, or Communications- Those with no experience are welcome to apply- Possess strong speaking, written and presentation skills in English- Able to translate difficult and complex topics into sound bites and newsworthy stories for media pick-up is preferred- Passionate in automotive products or knowledgeable with technical language- Can effectively manage projects across multiple stakeholders (headquarter, distributors & vendors): takes initiative and ownership to ensure quality results delivered on time and on budget (or below)- Event management skills to coordinate media tours and press conferences is preferred- Detail oriented, comfortable with numbers and capable to analyze data for management reporting- Self-starter and resourceful to obtain information from various internal and external sources- Able to articulate issues and propose relevant solutions- Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license is an added advantage- Able to travel when requiredCompensation:
