Responsibilities: Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests and VIPs to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones Expect and react promptly to guests and stakeholders' requirements and inquires Interact with guess and obtain feedback for the management Proactively converts high spenders to frequent spenders by creating and maintaining good relationship Work with Service Manager, Bar Manager and Head Chef to arrange special needs of VIPs and high-spenders Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff Identify, coach and manage key staff to form guest relations team to ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to Be the main contact point for VIPs' reservation, ensuring booking details and pre-dinner requests and arrangement, E.g. special consignment wines, are checked and arranged Manage and maintain the company's public image Expand the guests database by 10% per month Requirements: Good writing skills with a strong command of English - both written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with initiative and enjoys working within beach club environment Eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment as well as being able to learn from mistakes Ability to work well as a team and independently Ability to let your hair down and not see things in black & white all the time Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working long shifts if required and on weekends and PHs Skills: Strong sense of accountability Dependability Attention to detail Motivated and good work attitude Personal hygiene Well-groomed Team leader Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications or any similar field Experience in either PR or marketing agency is a bonus
