Job Description

• Develop and implement long-term & short-term strategies and plans based on the brand's campaign and target;
• The company's reputation in the Philippines through planning, developing and implementing specific activities and programs. Identify the opportunities for clients around social hot topics and create a & Media campaign proactively;
• the implementation of public relations activities, including but not limited to the organization of media events, planning and handling press conferences, media trips, media visits
• the content Building: Corporate Stories for & Communication;
• Handle the Crisis Communication, including customer complaint handling (regionalized)
• Media relationship maintenance: expand and deepen the relationship between our company and local core media & KOL;
• Source and new influencers.

REQUIREMENTS:Education/

• Bachelor Degree or above (preferably in Communications/Marketing, Journalism)
• Minimum threes of at the relevant position, work in the beauty industry is preferred
• Deep understanding of the concept of the profession, with a great understanding of the article and related copywriting capacity is a must
• Reasonable, oven relationship with the media (journalists and media decision-makers) in the Philippines
• Understanding of how decision-making in media works

Knowledge

• Fluent in (full oral and written communication)
• Persistent, perforce-driven and solution-oriented
• Highly trustworthy and energetic, proactive and enthusiastic

Skills and Competencies

• Excellency in interpersonal communications
• Ability to socialize, to develop and maintain informal networking necessary for the excellent perforce in the job
• Competence to translate the nationwide topics into stories highly relevant for the Philippines
