The candidate PR & Marketing Assistant will assist department head in these functions:

• Marketing: Communication & Coordination with internal & external parties. Projects and timeline management.
• PR: Manage, coordinate and gate keep, press and PR activities, liaise with PR companies and partners.
• Social Media: Strategies, propose and organised Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & etc) including execution. Monitor, engage and respond to social media comments. Communication with KOL influencers. Ads placement.
• Online Contests: Organize online contests & co-ordination.
• Offline - PR and Branding events: execution
• Review & Analysis: Gather and analyze data insights and reporting.
• Other work as directed by Department Head

You must have:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and embrace teamwork
• An Entrepreneurial spirit, Positive Mindset, Adaptable to Changing Landscape of Business
• Deliver high quality work, in a conscientious and professional manner
• Self-motivated, initiative and love learning
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills and an Ability to Think Out of The Box will be great
• Proficient use of Google suite of app (mainly) and Microsoft Office
• Career growth abounds for those who are keen and enthusiastic learners, excelling in role
• 1 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position but we do consider otherwise.
• Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication or Business Management, preferably with Major in Marketing
