Practice Development Consulting Specialist (based in Jakarta, Indonesia)
Our client is a leading medical devices company with a global presence
Responsibilities
- Conduct training for practice staffs on practice development topics including but not limited to practices marketing, customer service and performance to provide personalized guidance, training, and tools to improve the overall patient experience
- Guide and manage country' activities with regard to the execution of the Practice Development Consulting program
- Analyze our customer digital marketing campaigns on marketing efficacy and provide recommendations and hands-on support for improvement to foster the goal to assist our customers in their business growth
- Identify trends, insights and optimize spend and performance based on the customer' insights and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies in collaboration with the customers.
- Demonstrable 3-5 years proven experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns and evaluation
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends), of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas), setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
