Job Description

The Practice Lead will lead Secured Network practice to grow Secured Network business, develop solutions, build and evolve competencies in cellular and wireless communication systems in ensuring that we achieve the revenue, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction targets for the delivery of projects. He/She will manage the growth of Secured Network practice and develop innovative culture to meet clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirement, win new deals, co-create with client and identify partners who can accelerate the growth of Secured Network practice.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the growth of Secured Network practice, developing quality and cost-effective solution/service to clients, co-creating with clients, building and evolving competencies in the practice as well as managing the technical and service relationship with clients and partners.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Define the growth strategy for Secured Network practice
• Lead and manage the Secured Network practice to offer winning solutions and deliver quality and
• cost-effective solution/service to clients
• Oversee the provision of business value solutions to clients, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting Proof-of-Concept
• Review technical solution, selection of technologies and resource estimation to develop and deliver proposed solution to clients
• Plan and develop Secured Network competency to evolve with technology trend
• Lead co-creation with clients and publishing of technical/white paper
• Develop high performing team with innovative culture
• Manage the staffing and developing the skills of delivery resources to ensure that qualified resources are in place to meet project requirements
• Constant look out for new technology partner who can accelerate the growth of practice
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. other Practice, other LOB) for integrated solution

• Degree in Radio Communication or equivalent. PMP certification will be preferred.
• At least 10 years\' experience in cellular, wireless communications and integration to core systems.
• Good to have:

• Preferably with 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in providing business solutions and/or presales support
• Possess in-depth knowledge of current technologies, tools, methodologies and industry trends in the country
• Experience in preparing, technical / architect blueprint
• Proven track record in solutioning and managing teams to deliver projects in 4G/5G cellular communication systems, microwave system, mesh wireless system, point-to-multipoint wireless system and integration to IP/Metro transport, core and management systems
• Client focused and strong organizational management skills
• Drive innovative culture in teams
• Drive and follow up on continuously process improvement exercise in the teams
• Proven record of successful staff management in areas of recruitment, performance appraisal and professional development
• A team player and with strong problem solving
• Strong verbal communication (including presentation) and written communication skills
• Able to engage with senior management
• Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
• Self-motivated with a positive \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques
