About this opportunity

The Practice Marketing Manager, Staff Education is responsible for driving Invisalign market share penetration by supporting doctors to drive effective patient conversion and practice efficiency, through practice team education and development. Develop and manage practice development programs to address the needs of dental practitioners and practice staff and help accelerate practice growth. Contribute to the fast growth of Asia Pacific business with strategic thinking, analytical and strong implementation skills, customer-oriented mindset, and collaborative approach.

In this role, you will\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Manage the practice team development journey through the provision of staff training resources and staff engagement activities to support doctor programs.
  • Identify and assess the training needs of practice team and develop training curriculum that address the business needs
  • Partner with Clinical Education team to develop practice staff education programs and modules to improve practice staff\xe2\x80\x99s proficiency with Invisalign product, treatment, and processes to deliver better patient experience and practice growth
  • Develop tailored training content for Orthodontists and GPs and for different staff roles (Dental Practitioner, Treatment Coordinator, Hygienist, etc.) to enhance learning effectiveness and ensure on-the-job relevance
  • Develop regional KOLs with best practice development and management experiences
  • Own and deliver on practice marketing KPIs and marketing budget targets
In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need \xe2\x80\xa6
  • Minimum 6+ years of marketing or equivalent work experience, preferably in healthcare \xe2\x80\x93 medical device with experience in developing and executing training programs. Experience in dental and orthodontic practices a bonus.
  • At least 3 years of regional marketing management is a must.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, multi-cultural, dynamic organization setting
  • BA degree is must, marketing / healthcare major and MBA is plus
  • Strategic planning & analytical thinking
  • Team player who cultivates collaborative work environment
  • Agility, Customer focus, Adaptability
  • Able to build training materials that can engage the audience, do business storytelling, and encompass powerful messaging
  • Effective communication to work with multiple stakeholders in strong matrix structure
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to balance multiple deadlines, strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Skillful at producing documents with MS office programs
  • Able to travel up to 30% of time, including in-market field time (once a month)
Relationship
  • Report to Associate Director, Practice Marketing, APAC
  • Collaborate with the Asia-Pacific professional marketing (ortho & GP channels), consumer marketing, sales training/effectiveness, clinical education/evidence, technical support team
  • Support local marketing teams for implementation
  • Work with other support functions
  • Work with agencies
