Job Description


Demonstrate Good knowledge of Prata Dough preparation and flipping of dough for Pratas. Able to work in a Prata Shop.

Able to work independently and coach Junior chefs. Able to lead, mentor and manage kitchen team. Ensure food quality is of high quality. Manage inventory of stock and order raw materials. Controlling budgets and minimising wastages.

Organising Duty roster for staff. Practice good kitchen hygiene. Able to work weekends and public holidays.
