Job Scope:

• Provide consultancy, solutions, and product expertise to support the sales team.
• Identify customer business and technical requirements to generate sales opportunities with tailored solutions.
• Design optimal solutions to achieve customer business outcomes and enhance customer investment and satisfaction.
• Deliver solution presentations to customers and prepare technical offers and cost estimates.
• Stay updated with market trends to address customer needs and explore new products/services to enhance existing solutions.
• Collaborate closely with technology and business partners to cultivate and expand business relationships.
• Facilitate the handover of ordered projects to the post-sales team.
• Retain and upsell our services to customers.

Qualifications:

• SME-level knowledge is essential, with a minimum of CCNP certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience in Network & Data Centre solutions. Additional skills in one or more of the following areas are advantageous: Cisco Data Center technologies, Network security (Firewall, VPN, etc.), Cisco ISE, Cisco WLAN.
• Possess strong business acumen and a keen interest in staying abreast of current technologies.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong consultative skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of customer personnel and identify and close new opportunities within existing client base.
