Job Description

Job Summary:

The Precaster/Precast Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation and coordination of precast components on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate on-site precast component installation with the client (main contractor) and subcontractors. Supervise and coordinate the quality of on-site work, ensuring all activities align with the project's specifications and timelines. Lead and manage subcontractors, in-house workers, and other site personnel, ensuring a smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Assist with quality control measures on-site, addressing any defects or issues promptly. Monitor safety procedures and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and industry standards. Attend site meetings with clients, provide regular updates on project progress, and discuss issues or concerns. Oversee the timely delivery and installation of precast components, ensuring they meet the client's deadlines and quality expectations. Perform other related tasks and duties as required to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

Any level in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Experience:

A minimum of

2 years

of experience in

construction projects

or

precast supply coordination

.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to

lead, manage, and control

workers and subcontractors on-site.

Technical Expertise:

Solid knowledge of

precast construction processes

, including installation methods, material handling, and quality control procedures.

Communication Skills:

Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Ability:

Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to quality, safety, or scheduling.

Safety Awareness:

Strong commitment to maintaining and enforcing safety standards on-site.

Language:

Able to speak and write in both

Chinese and English
