Job Responsibilities

Manufacturing Operations

Oversee the full operations of the pre-cast factory, including production planning, quality control, manpower management, and cost optimization Implement and maintain production schedules to meet project delivery timelines Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness Lead, mentor, and develop factory management team and workers
Pre-cast Installation Division

Develop installation strategies and plans for secured projects, from material supply on-site to erection Manage project execution, ensuring quality, safety, schedule and budget adherence.
General Leadership

Work with the Management to align manufacturing operations and installation activities with company gaols Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Education Required:

?Bachelor's Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering, recognize by Professional Engineers Board of Singapore

Experience Required:

?Minimum five (5) years of experience on on-site pre-cast installation work

?Experience working with main contractors

?Experience in pre-cast manufacturing will be an added advantage

Competencies and Skills Required :

? Strong technical knowledge of pre-cast installation methods

? Hands-on, resourceful, and able to work independently

? Self-driven, pro-active and has strong desire to take on challenges

? Willing to be stationed in Malaysia for job assignments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $7,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
