Job Description

The Precision Machinist will support day to day operating of CNC milling / Conventional milling machines to fabricate components and parts, adapt procedures to troubleshooting and diagnose routine problems, and handle the maintenance of machines.

:

Set-up CNC milling / Conventional milling machine according to Programming tool list. Perform dimensional and geometric measurement on parts. Performs First Level Inspection on finished work piece. Upkeep and Perform Preventive maintenance on CNC milling / Conventional milling machine and equipment. Always uphold high accuracy specification and quality work production. Apply 5S techniques, comprising 'sort', 'straighten', 'shine', 'standardize' and 'sustain in manufacturing and housekeeping. Apply workplace Safety and Health policies in work.

Job Requirements:

Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Min 5 years of practical experience in a precision engineering environment. Able to interpret mechanical drawing.

Additional Information:

Walking distance from Ubi MRT station. Salary package up to $2,500 (including OT and allowances). AWS + VB + Group Profit Sharing.
