: The EPS is a

two-year program

that includes a

12-month intensive training

phase for new consultants.

Training

: Participants receive comprehensive training accredited by The Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF), covering essential knowledge in the insurance industry, financial planning, and sales skills.

Compensation

: Successful applicants can receive a

monthly allowance between $4,000 to $8,000 for up to 24 months

, contingent upon meeting specific sales validation targets. This structure provides financial stability while participants build their careers.
