Job Description

• Position : Pre/Post-sales Engineer- (Distributor Cybersecurity)
• Location : Near Macpherson MRT
• Working hours : Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm (WFH: Tuesday and Friday, WFO : Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $6200 + AWS + Mobile + Allowance (claimable) + Transport
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Service provider for IT Cybersecurity solutions and products

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for solving technical business solution needs of partners and/or end-user by
• Provide presales support in product/solution presentation, technical solutioning, demos
• Handle Proof of Concepts and writing of proposals
• Handle tender compliance, statement of Work (SOW) and product Enablement
• Responsible for conducting hands-on POC independently
• Presenting of solutions to partners and end-users
• Providing updates and training to partners and end-users as and when required
• Collaborate and support sales team to close opportunities

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Computer Systems and network infrastructure environments
• Minimum 2 years in working as a pre-sale in IT Systems or network infrastructure domain
• Bilingual in English and Mandarins to liaise with Mandarins speaking associates in view of business communications
