Job Description

:

• Provide consultative support and product knowledge to assist the sales team.
• Identify customer business and technical requirements and convert them into sales opportunities with suitable solutions.
• Design solutions aligned with customer business objectives, maximizing satisfaction and return on investment.
• Deliver solution presentations to customers and prepare technical offers and cost estimates.
• Stay updated with market trends, new products, and services to enhance existing solutions.
• Foster strong relationships with technology and business partners.
• Transition ordered projects to the post-sales team.
• Retain and upsell services to existing customers.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a diploma or degree.
• Possess SME-level knowledge, with a minimum of CCNP certification.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Network and Data Centre solutions.
• Additional expertise in Cisco Data Centre technologies, network security, Cisco ISE, or Cisco WLAN is a plus.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and a keen interest in staying updated with current technologies.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is required.
• Possess good verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Exhibit strong consultative skills to communicate effectively with customers at various levels and identify and pursue new opportunities within existing clients.
