Job Summary



As a

Pre-Sales Consultant

, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by aligning technical solutions with customer needs, preparing proposals, and engaging with partners across the value chain. Ideally, you have experience with drones or related devices, and are comfortable engaging both technically and commercially with clients and OEM partners. Candidates with strong device or wireless communication backgrounds are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities



Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEM partners, and value chain stakeholders. Support the sales team in identifying new markets and customer opportunities. Coordinate cross-functional pre-sales activities with R&D, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations. Analyze market potential and track sales metrics, providing reports such as customer engagement logs and sales status updates. Gather and assess competitive intelligence on pricing, product features, and market trends. Resolve customer issues collaboratively to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Produce technical evaluations and proposals in collaboration with support teams. Work closely with OEMs to align business plans and technical roadmaps. Perform needs assessments and cost-benefit analyses tailored to customer requirements. Assist in compiling product information, pricing structures, and market surveys.

Job Requirements



At least 3 to 5 years of experience in pre-sales, capability development, technical sales, or R&T--ideally within the defense, security, or tech hardware industries. Background in satellite communications, WiFi, IoT, SaaS, or drone-related technologies is highly desirable. Experience in the Security or Defence sector, or other technical solution industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Highly self-driven and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs. Strong relationship-building and feedback-oriented mindset.
