Location: Kallang Work Week : 5 Days Salary Range: Up to $95K per annum Our client is searching for a passionate individual To support sales activities by providing technical solutions and proposals through analysing customer requirements. To work in partnership with the sales and technical support resources to ensure technical solutions and proposals can be competitive and optimized to meet customer requirements. To help in advocate the product solutions to regional partners, end user customers and related industry consultants to enhance their awareness and increase their knowledge of the products unique selling points. J ob Responsibilities: Develop solutions and deliver proof of concept solutions and demonstrations to our regional partners and customers, and recommend optimized solutions enhancing value to customers Assess customers requirements and ensuring our solutions are in line with customers requirements and serve as best practice for statement of work Work proactively with sales team and partners to ensure successful closure of projects Gather feedback from customers about product requirements and share it with product management team Keep track and understand current industry trends and product solutions and competitors Support events and trade shows Articulate product solutions to potential partners and customers through presentations and demonstrations of products features and functions Pursues additional business development opportunities within partners and/or customer firms by identifying potential solution gaps Requirements Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, and Engineering At least 5 years in IT and/or AV industry, as a presales or technical capacity Knowledge in IT networking, preferably with KVM switching and matrix digital signals routing solutions Experienced in technical solution expertise in comparable role in command-and-control room environment Experienced in long-sales-cycle project solution selling will be an advantage. Knowledge in project tender submission Team player and positive attitude Excellent presentation and demonstration skills Ability to articulate business benefits and values to a customer of a technical solution.
