We are looking for candidate with a strong background in IT pre-sales to be a Solutions Expert for our SaaS. As part of this role, you will help map customer requirements to product capabilities and help sales teams to close deals. This role involves working in collaboration with the sales teams, product teams and partners to deliver a compelling value proposition for customers and win deals. Roles & Responsibilities : As a pre-sales/support engineer, you are responsible for Handling escalations and complex queries, phone calls, e-mails, technical chats and online web sessions with prospects and customers. To be the face of the product by having excellent presentation, in-depth knowledge on products to assist in implementation and troubleshooting. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong customer focus with an ability to work well in a team and prioritise your workload. Collaborate with product teams and update product knowledge constantly. Travel to customer locations in Singapore on a need basis. Excellent business level skills in English is mandatory. Excellent Problem solving Techniques , interpersonal and presentation skills 3-5 years' experience. You must be a Singaporean citizen or a permanent resident to apply for this position. Strong technical knowledge with experience in programming is an advantage. Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science / IT Industry preferred Able to start work immediately is an advantage. This role is based out of our office in Singapore and will require you to travel for product training to our headquarters in Chennai, India ( yearly once). Job Type: Full time
