Pre Sales Consultant
Job Description
- Provide technical consulting and support to internal sales and customer for Infra/ networking and/or cloud-based UC solution
- Participate in customer engagement and presales activities to work on specification, design, implementation, testing, customer training, and deployment duties
- Participate in tender process from requirement gathering, proposal submission till tender awards
- Serve as a subject matter expert on-site, addressing the technical needs of customer
- Carry out technical related activities and response to incidents, escalations, and maintenance related activities in a professional manner
- Deliver quality results both on-site and post-engagement that are on time and within the scope of the assigned project
- Any other ad-hoc duties assignedRequirements- Min 3 years of IT infrastructure or cloud background.
- Min 3 years of working expertise as presales, post-sales engineers and experience in at least 1 -2 system domain.
- Working experience in managing and implementing system and network Infrastructure and support
- System & Network incident handling troubleshooting
- Hands-on technical experience working with switching, routing, wireless, Microsoft 365 Administrator knowledge
