SUMMARY OF ROLE SunPower is seeking a Pre-Sales Design Engineer responsible for the accurate and timely completion of design proposal deliverables that are within the fully established standard operating procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Possess deep understanding of the design guidelines and apply the techniques and skills necessary to execute tasks
• Drive to completion basic to complex proposal roof solar design in a timely manner and within quality threshold
• Consistently meet target output with no or minimal errors
• Consistently deliver design requests within the required Service Level Agreement
• Interact regularly with Design Engineer colleagues, Team Lead and Stakeholders for process alignment
• Comply with company policies and job expectations
• Be open to change, creative, optimistic, and set the example for team culture

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum requirements

• Educational Background:
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Architecture, or at a minimum: Technological Course Graduate
• Work Experience:
  • Basic knowledge of Aurora Solar or similar software, Satellite Imaging Map Tools, Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce
• Skills/Competencies:
  • Interpersonal skills – ability to communicate effectively and interact within a team environment
  • Analytical skills – ability to gather and analyze data, and solve problems

OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION

• Location: ROHQ
• This is an FTE position
• Candidate must be willing to work in Binan Laguna
• Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines
• Candidate must be willing to render overtime as business requires (weekends, US/PH holidays)
• Candidate must be flexible to work on a night shift schedule supporting North America region
• Tool of Trade: Laptop/Desktop, Extended Monitor, Headset (as needed)
• Job Grade: PA 41
