Job Description

Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with our sales team to identify, design, architect and provide technical solutions for our customers.
• Provide innovative system solutions to our customers.
• Provide technical proposals, presentations, and solution bill of materials for tenders and RFPs/Tenders
• Size up manpower needs for maintaining and managing communication networks, IT infrastructure.
• Ensure solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements.
• Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
• Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
• Conducting Proof-of-Concept to showcase its technical feasibility.
• Undertake ownership and accountability for the design of customer\'s ICT infrastructure.
• Perform other job responsibilities as and when assigned.

• Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri; 9.30am \xe2\x80\x93 6.30pm

Salary:

• Up to $6500 + VB

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in presales
• Proven experience in presales on engineering or a related technical role, with a focus on manpower sizing for maintenance and operations
• Ability to analyze complex technical and operational data to recommend manpower solutions
• Strong knowledge of communication equipment, IT systems, and DWDM technology would be an advantage
• Possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Possess strong presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, HR certifications) are a plus
