The Pre-Sales Engineer will play a key role in supporting the technical sales process by designing solutions, preparing proposal documents, and engaging customers to understand their requirements. This role focuses on software-driven and system integration solutions across the ATT Group of Companies. The Pre-Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with sales and project teams to develop system architecture, conduct demonstrations and POCs, and ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation. The position also involves evaluating technologies, coordinating with vendors, and staying current with emerging software and integration trends to provide the best-fit solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design and prepare technical proposals for the entire ATT Group of Companies products, focusing on software-driven and computer engineering aspects.
Develop system architecture, software specifications, and integration requirements.
Engage customers to gather requirements and propose suitable system solutions.
Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (POC) setups.
Lead technical reviews and clarification meetings during tender stages.
Respond to RFI/RFP with detailed design and technical documentation.
Work with project teams to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to implementation.
Evaluate and coordinate with software/hardware vendors for system integration.
Stay updated with latest software technologies and industry trends.
Support project teams with configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
Key Requirements
Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in technical pre-sales or solution design.
Knowledge of software integration, APIs, databases, and system architecture.
Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
