Role Overview:
As Presales Engineer / Manager (CCTV), you be responsible for providing technical expertise and supporting the VIGI CCTV product sales and solutions. You will require to collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, developing tailored solutions, and delivering compelling presentations.

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise, guidance, and support during the presales process for CCTV solutions
Develop customized CCTV system designs, detailed technical proposals, including system specifications, pricing, and implementation plans
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, showcasing the features and capabilities of VIGI CCTV solutions
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored CCTV solutions
Engage with customers during the presales process to address technical questions, concerns and offer technical advice and guidance to customers, ensuring their CCTV solution needs are met and solved
Stay up to date with the latest CCTV technology trends and industry development, competitive products and emerging technologies to enhance solution offerings
Provide training and support to the sales team on the technical aspects of CCTV products and solutions, as well as post-sales activities such as troubleshooting and after-sales support
Work closely with other departments, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment on product features and messaging
Job Requirements:
Min. 2 years of experience in presales engineering or technical sales, preferably within the CCTV or security technology industry
Strong understanding of CCTV systems, technologies and market trends
Excellent technical knowledge and proven ability to develop technical solutions and proposals, along with strong problem-solving skills to provide comprehensive solutions to align with customer requirements
Proficiency in design software and tools related to CCTV system planning
Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to CCTV systems
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate Mandarin effectively as the incumbent requires to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/counterparts for work or project related matters

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
