Job Description

- Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM
- Working Location: Clementi
- experience in presales / strong knowledge in cybersecurity industry
- Offer pre-sales technical support to customers and partners.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to formulate and position solutions
- Conduct cybersecurity solutions demonstrations.
- Carry out Proof of Concept for proposed cybersecurity solutions and Network Performance solutions.
- Collaborate with Solution Vendors on Business Solution Proposals, addressing RFI/RFP design, compliance, and clarifications.
- Develop design guidelines and propose enhancements to customers for the assigned cybersecurity products.
- Conduct in-house lab tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, endpoint/network designs, and deployments using new products and features.
- Provide training for internal Post Sales engineers and Partners on product/technology knowledge.
- Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1 years working experience in Pre-Sales activities to large enterprise or government sector or related field
- Possess good technical knowledge in Internet architecture, network infrastructure, Software Define Networks, Network Performance tools and solutions, UNIX, Windows, VMware, Security covering Endpoint, Email, Web & Cloud.
Working Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Salary From S$3,000.00 to S$6,000.00
