In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our robotics solutions by engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and demonstrating the capabilities of our products. You will collaborate closely with the business development team to create proof-of-concept use cases, contributing to our mission of transforming the future of smart cities and empowering the service workforce through innovative technology.The client is a leading expert in the automation robotics and connectivity technologies industry, focusing on the creation and construction of service robots intended for deployment in the security and facilities management sectors.Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to gain a thorough understanding of customer requirements and use cases, identifying how KABAM Robotics solutions can effectively meet those needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients, highlighting the key features and benefits of our robotics solutions.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions through ad-hoc software development, along with mechanical and electrical design, in collaboration with internal engineering teams.
• Work closely with customers to gain insights into their specific use cases and provide expert guidance on how to integrate our robotics systems into their operations.
• Create technical proposals and documentation that are tailored to customer needs and requirements.
• Gain a deep understanding of KABAM Robotics' products and maintain knowledge of the latest technological advancements in the robotics field.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams, ensuring a seamless transition from presales to implementation.
• Support the sales team by participating in customer meetings, technical discussions, and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
• Provide feedback to the product development team, based on customer feedback and market trends.

Job Requirements:

• Background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical expertise within your domain, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
• At least one of the following:
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C++.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks.
• Hands-on experience in mechatronics design, including working with Arduino or custom PCBs.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
