Presales Support Engineer
- 5 days (44 hours)
- Mon - Thu 8.30am - 6.30pm
- Fri - 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Salary: $2,500-$3,500
- ANG MO KIO STREET 62
- Coordinate between supplier and engineering departments to solve end-user inquiries
- Provide customer information and support in our services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work with specified customer accounts in close cooperation with the General Manager
- Prepare tender proposals, cost estimations, quotations and handle presentations
- Diploma in Engineering/ Marketing/ Business with strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Preferably with relevant experience in sound & visual communication system industries
