Job Description


  • Conduct temperature and visual check during children arrival and departure
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support to the group
  • Input data on ECDA website ( eg: register for Teacher\'s LON )
  • Prepare financial and centre reports (eg. petty cash, daily collections and centre enrolment report etc)
  • Liaise with parents
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Min of GCE \'O\xe2\x80\x99 Level
  • At least 2 year of relevant experience in any administrative field
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in a preschool environment
  • Proficient with MS Office. Comfortable to learn new systems and technologies
  • Able to multitask and work within deadline.
  • Good interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable liaising with parents through various communication platforms
  • Able to work independently and also a team player
Work Location: 911 Bukit Timah Road Working hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
