Nurtured Nest is looking for a passionate Nature Enthusiast Preschool Assistant Teacher! We are a RE Inspired Forest Preschool based on nature, play and inquiry learning approach. We spend all mornings outdoor with our children. We also go to the forest with the little ones on a weekly basis to identify some wild animals, splash around, climb trees, dig for some earthworms, jump in a puddle of mud and many more! • Preferably with early childhood related certificate (e.g. Fundamental Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education)
• Preferably with 1 year of relevant work experience as an assistant teacher in preschool environment
• Early childhood working experience
• Proficient in English Language

• Assist in the execution of routine care activities e.g. feeding/meal time, diapering/toileting, bathing/washing, sleeping/napping
• Assist in the preparation of learning activities, teaching aids and learning corners
• Assist in cleaning/disinfecting of resources/toys
• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activity plans for the class assigned. May be allowed to carry out activity plans with the supervision of mentor teacher
• Assist in documenting observation of children or activities while carrying out activities with children
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned
