Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: \xc3\x98 Plan, supervise, and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the centre \xc3\x98 Assist in preparing and implementing the programs for children \xc3\x98 Assist with planning, share ideas and exchange feedback with the entire team once a month or at the beginning of a Unit of Inquiry. \xc3\x98 Prepare age and developmentally appropriate teaching aids. \xc3\x98 Evaluate and maintain records of children\xe2\x80\x99s development. \xc3\x98 To render basic first aid as and when necessary. \xc3\x98 Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, prepare art and craft materials, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom. \xc3\x98 Use positive discipline techniques at all times. \xc3\x98 Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.
Job Requirements: \xc3\x98 Certificate / Fundamental in Early Childhood Care & Education \xc3\x98 Creative and inspiring with loving energy \xc3\x98 Excellent communication and classroom management skills \xc3\x98 Be familiar with all working curriculum documents, handbooks and policy manuals. \xc3\x98 Knowledge in educational development
