Leading private education group headquartered in Singapore with over 10 brands and 50 schools across multiple countries.The group operates businesses in 5 educational segments, namely infant care, childcare, student care, enrichment and educational publishing.

Summary

• Island-wide locations.

Job responsibilities

• Assist main teacher with routine care and classroom management.
• Assist to manage the well-being and daily needs of children (eg. meals, showering, toileting etc)Assist in handling of classroom administration.
• Any other ad hoc duties as delegated by Centre Principal.

Qualifications:

• Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidate with teaching experience / relevant certification will be added advantage.
• Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development (CIT) / Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) / Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) / Certificate in Early Childhood. Care and Education, or Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Years (WSQACEY).
• Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE), or Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education.

Other Information:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well independently as well as within a team.
• Passionate about working with children.
• Driven to making a positive impact in the early education of the young.
• Ability to build good rapport with parents and various stakeholders.
