Responsibilities
Lead and manage the centre's daily operations in compliance with ECDA regulations Supervise, support, and develop a team of early childhood educators Guide curriculum planning and ensure effective implementation of an inquiry- and play-based learning framework Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders through regular communication and engagement Monitor enrolment, staff performance, and operational efficiency Ensure a high standard of safety, hygiene, and learning environment within the centre
Requirements
Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Teaching & Leadership (DPL / ADECL)
ECDA Certified
