Job Description

We're looking for an experienced

Chinese Language Teacher

to take on a

Lead role

with the

N2 (3-4 year olds)

age group at a respected

international preschool

located near

Mountbatten MRT

.

You'll be joining a

warm, low-turnover teaching team

that values

autonomy

collaboration

, and

child-led learning

. The school follows the

International Preschool Curriculum (IPC)

, with strong

Reggio

and

Montessori

influences. This is a

full-time, on-site

position.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver

Mandarin lessons

for the N2 cohort (ages 3-4) Plan and adapt curriculum with your

English co-lead

and

class assistant

Facilitate

play-based

inquiry-driven

Chinese learning Maintain

light documentation

(biweekly updates, journaling) Conduct

termly parent-teacher meetings

(via Zoom)

Host curriculum townhalls

and communicate with parents (

in English

) Contribute to

classroom setup

and curriculum planning with the team

What We're Looking For

ECDA-recognised L2 certification

(

Chinese Language track

) Minimum

3 years' experience

teaching Mandarin in a

preschool classroom

Confident leading

full-class Mandarin lessons

independently Strong spoken

English

- must be able to host

parent meetings

and school events Comfortable engaging

non-Chinese-speaking parents

at pickup/drop-off Familiar with

Reggio

Montessori

, or other

inquiry-based pedagogies

Able to commit to

Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
