We are looking for outstanding preschool educators to provide high standards of care for our children to bring our Literature-based Curriculum and lessons to life. Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and implement appropriate teaching and learning activities aligned with our Literature-Based Curriculum
- Nurturing trusting and respectful relationships with children
- Design a quality learning environment with developmentally appropriate learning materials and resources
- Customize classroom management strategies
- Document and analyze children\xe2\x80\x99s learning and development to better inform planning and teaching
- To collaborate with families to ensure continuity of care and learning between the home and the centre
- Proactive and intentional in strengthening partnerships with families and the community
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching), Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education or its equivalent
- Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education or its equivalent
- Fluent in English Language (spoken and written)
- IT savvy
