Manage all aspects of classroom organization and maintain a well-organized room.
Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages independent learning.
Keep accurate records of student achievement and provide reports as necessary.
Collaborate with the principal and teaching staff to develop effective pupil assessment procedures and portfolios.
Establish positive relationships with parents of students in your care.
Develop planning documents with specific learning objectives, differentiated tasks, and assessments for the Principal or authorized officer.
Engage in professional dialogue with colleagues regarding students, colleagues, and school matters.
Guide, motivate, and monitor assistant teachers in their duties.
Contribute to the management of pastoral care, health, welfare, and behavior of all students, especially those within your designated class group.
Respect and appreciate each student\'s social, cultural, and religious background, fostering mutual respect and tolerance by example.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) or equivalent, with 5 GCE \'O\' Levels including English at Grade B4.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a pre-school setting.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn about inquiry-based learning.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
