We are looking for a creative and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you are to create a secure and quality learning environment for children through fostering meaningful relationships with them. You will support the holistic development of children by implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula. In addition, you will build partnerships with parents and families, and actively engage in Centre initiatives to support its collaborative efforts with the community. As a reflective Early Childhood Educator, you will also participate in professional development and service quality improvement activities to better hone your skills as a Preschool Teacher.

Responsibilities

• Implement developmentally appropriate teaching, learning and caregiving activities aligned to the relevant curricula frameworks
• Execute the delivery of English Language lessons to children
• Engage children meaningfully in accordance with the curriculum and pedagogical frameworks
• Conduct learning needs assessment
• Document children\'s learning and development
• Provide caregiving to children in accordance with standards and procedures
• Collaborate with families to ensure continuity of care and learning between the home and the Centre

• Possess L2 Certification from ECDA
• Trained in DECCE-T with a minimum 1 year of related experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Fresh DECCE-T graduates are welcomed to apply
• Excellent English communication skills to engage and communicate with children and parents
• Possess a positive working attitude and have the drive to nurture early learners

• $2,500 and above (Salary will commensurate with education and experience)

• Rotating Shifts
• 5-day work week + 1 Saturday (half day) per month
• Week with a working Saturday: Monday to Friday \xe2\x80\x93 7.5hrs, Saturday \xe2\x80\x93 4.5hrs
• Week with non-working Saturday: Monday to Friday \xe2\x80\x93 8 to 8.5hrs
• Centre operates from 7am to 7pm (Monday to Friday) and 7am to 2pm (Saturday)
