Job Summary:

• Basic up $3500 + AWS + VB
• Location: Bedok / Jalan Bahagia
• Working days: Mon - Fri
• Working Hours: 8am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Lesson Delivery: Plan and teach age-appropriate lessons fostering language, cognitive, and social development.
• Classroom Environment: Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning space with organized resources.
• Child Progress: Monitor and document children's development, providing targeted support and updating parents regularly.
• Language Development: Develop language skills through interactive activities, storytelling, and reading.
• Parent Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents and involve them in their child's learning journey.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to plan programs, share best practices, and improve teaching strategies.
• Health & Safety: Ensure children's well-being by following safety guidelines and promoting healthy habits.
• Compliance: Maintain accurate records and adhere to preschool standards and regulations.

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent.
• Passionate working with young children and fostering their development.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
