Key Responsibilities:

Teach phonics/English to children aged 2.5 to 9 years old, in-person or online, using a curated curriculum. Provide weekly feedback to parents about their child's learning progress and development. Deliver engaging, enrichment-based classes ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours per session. Use advanced online learning platforms effectively (training provided). Collaborate with the curriculum development team to innovate teaching materials.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of phonics teaching experience and prior work with preschoolers (ages 2.5 to 9 years old).

Skills:

Passion for teaching and child development. Ability to engage young learners with patience, creativity, and energy. Strong communication skills to provide clear feedback to parents.

Tech-Readiness:

Willingness to learn and use advanced online learning platforms (training provided).

Availability:

Full-time role requiring availability for 3-4 weekdays and 2 weekends.
